Overview
Become a member of our staff and manage one of the most popular holiday destination airlines with a global destination network. Manage timetables, tours and events for this airline division. You may hire an assistant to help you with your duties.
We do have a few minimal requirements and we kindly ask to read this vacancy and our rules and regulations thoroughly before applying at our virtual airline.

Responsibilities

You have to be an active pilot

You have to comply with our Rules and Regulations at all times

Keep the timetables up-to-date (summer and winter schedule)

Plan events and create tours

Assign awards

Keep the TUI-Wiki up-to-date
Application procedure

Meet our minimum requirements
-
Be or become an active pilot within our VA
-
Make an exam (only when not a member yet):
- Consists of 30 questions
- 30 minutes to complete the exam
- Minimal passing-rate is 80%
- Questions are about basic skills (Radio Communication, IFR Rules, HUB related questions
- You may attempt 2 exams per calendar month

An interview is scheduled to discuss your motivation and management vision/plan
Qualifications

Staffmembers will become ‘Captain‘ by means of a badge
-
Staffmembers will earn the staff badge
-
After one year of active staff membership you will become a ‘Senior Staff Member‘
-
When passing 600+ flight hours you will become ‘Senior Captain‘
